2. What we process and why

We process data only to the extent necessary for the given purpose:

• >Contact form: name / company, e-mail, topic and message, IP address and time of submission. Purpose: handling your enquiry (sponsorship, advertising, collaboration). Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• >Spam protection: submissions are verified by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical browser data and the IP address. Legal basis: legitimate interest in securing the site.
• >Hosting logs: IP address, request time, browser type. Purpose: security and operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• >Analytics data: only if you consent in the cookie bar (see Cookie Policy).

3. Retention

Contact form messages are kept for the duration of negotiations and then for up to 3 years for follow-up collaboration or legal claims. Hosting logs are kept by the hosting provider only as long as necessary, typically up to 30 days.

4. Recipients and processors

The following processors may access data, always only to the necessary extent:

• >Hostinger (web hosting, mailbox) — running the site and delivering messages.
• >Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile) — spam protection for the form.
• >YouTube / Google (video thumbnails loaded from i.ytimg.com) — your IP address may be transmitted when thumbnails are displayed.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some processors (Cloudflare, Google) may process data outside the EU. Transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz). Send requests to teddy@1mteddy.cz.
